Ever since I started running, I realised the benefits it gives. Only if you get hooked to running, you will understand what I mean 😛 Especially if you got the hang of regular morning runs, the day that follows will be pumped up and a clear mind. In the long run (not a pun), it will sure make you a happier and healthier person.
